Listen to music, draw, read, stand in a tree, pet/play with my dog, go on the computer, or watch Markiplier videos.

Breathing has been minimally useful, which is nice. Sleeping would probably help, if it could be managed.

I usually take a few deep breaths and rest a little while. It's a rare occurrence though.

Sometimes the anger/stress builds up and just...goes away. But if that doesn't happen, I usually sit in a tree while listening to some music. Or, if that's not a viable option, I grit my teeth and just go on with the day...
