Moana (Walt Disney Animation, November 2016)

The next film in the Walt Disney Animated Studios canon is Moana, set to release on November 23, 2016. The official synopsis reads as:

Quote:Three thousand years ago, the greatest sailors in the world voyaged across the vast South Pacific, discovering the many islands of Oceania. But then, for a millennium, their voyages stopped — and no one today knows why.

From Walt Disney Animation Studios comes ‘Moana,’ a sweeping, CG-animated adventure about a spirited teenager who sails out on a daring mission to prove herself a master wayfinder and fulfill her ancestors’ unfinished quest. During her journey, she meets the once-mighty demi-god Maui (voice of Dwayne Johnson), and together, they traverse the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous fiery creatures and impossible odds.

And just today, Disney released the teaser trailer:

In the meantime, there is a teaser poster that was released a few days ago:

Saw the trailer online. I'm more hyped for this than I am for Finding Dory. The animation looks absolutely stunning, and the music fantastic as usual.

This looks pretty good (apart from the random chicken walking off the boat). The water effects are amazing. I might actually be interested in seeing this.

Ooh, nice. I'm sold just by that teaser alone.

This'll probably follow the same trend as Wreck-It-Ralph and Zootopia and focus on the friendship between the male and female leads, as opposed to romance. I'm not complaining. Those films did a great job with it and I'm sure that this one will too.

Looks and sounds like a lot of heart was put into this. Looking forward to it.

That honestly looks much better in my opinion.
If Romance Academy 7 and Fight Fighters are video games that means there are multiple copies with multiple Rumbles and Giffanies

Both of them are visually beautiful, in my opinion.

Saw it and then I heard some interesting theories on why they changed the name.

Oh yeaaaaaah. The porn star. xD

I heard. That's apparently the legitimate reason as to why they changed it to "Vaiana" in our continent.
