Why would that be?
If Romance Academy 7 and Fight Fighters are video games that means there are multiple copies with multiple Rumbles and Giffanies

Hana's back to being mostly absent, Megs has been gone for about two weeks.

Which means big decrease in Shack activity (more than usual).

A cool night that transcends into an even chillier early morning, as I hear the freight train go by. I always like hearing that freight train. Every morning, some times at night. Following me since the earliest of my growing days. No matter where I traveled, the tracks just seemed to be there. Until that one time came along, where I instead could hear the roaring jet turbines from the nearby airport. Something almost cosmic about hearing those departures and arrivals. It was like I was hearing the travel stories of everyone that flew above the house.

In their wings, in their trees.
All things die, be at peace.

I will never forget that ham sandwich that fell from the sky on that fateful day.
It was delicious, despite it having the name of Khvoynyye Z. Nay.

Poetry? No, no, B. That's scrambled egg talk! Something you'll find will be plaguing this place. Serves it right, though. That totem pole won't stop staring. That one, staring, unblinking eye that reminds you that this creature lives in never-ending ceaseless agony. It won't stop blabbering things to me. It keeps telling about some guy named C...or did it say D. Hard for it to speak proper you see, for it has no functioning mouth. Even its telepathic speaking is complete shit. Poor, poor totem pole. It's gone mad.

So, yesterday was pretty neat. My bro and I traveled for several hours to see this year's Solar Eclipse. We left around 4AM, not really getting much sleep. Embarking on a journey...for SCIEEENCE! We've never been able to observe any past solar eclipses in totality, because they were always just too far away. So, this was a good opportunity to catch some notes.
I tried capturing some photos and video, despite knowing that it wouldn't show up too great. So, this weird kaleidoscope thing is all I have to show. The video is a little shaky, since I was watching the eclipse with the glasses at the same time. I edited out the audio, because muting the chatter simply paves for a better atmosphere. Hah, get it? Atmosphere? Because Earth? and the eclipse, and...?

I have to say though, it was pretty surreal to experience how gradually dimmer and cooler it became as totality drew near. Then, BOOM! The sky shifts to a darkened twilight, and temperature drops to a chilly ~10 degrees lower. A taste of the END OF THE WOOORLD! It doesn't match the majesty of transition to totality, though.
So, yeah. Hopefully the next one we end up going to, we'll be prepared with better equipment.

i went to see the eclipse too! it was super rad!
my parents had some close friends that lived right in the middle of the path of totality, so we stayed with them for the weekend to watch it.
while our phones couldn't get good pictures of it, my sister's camera was able to get some gorgeous pictures! (i'll have to track them down to show you guys later) it was such a wonderful, interesting experience, and i'm so glad i was able to be there for it!

oh, and while we were there we went canoeing, and i completely wrecked my canoe and almost broke my leg. pretty darn horrifying, but the rest of the day went pretty okay...
